Job Description

American Express is hiring a Senior Manager to support strategic planning and product operations for the ECMX MarTech organization within Membership Portfolio Services.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic planning, portfolio management, and product operations for ECMX
  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Business teams to improve planning rigor and operational execution against strategic priorities
  • Operationalize planning processes across the ECMX organization
  • Enable portfolio insights to support more data-driven decision-making
  • Improve visibility into delivery performance and capacity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, product operations, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure complex problems and derive actionable insights
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Employment eligibility to work in the United States is required; the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital product, technology, or management consulting
  • Familiarity with portfolio management, capacity planning, or Agile delivery environments
  • Exposure to operating model transformation or value-stream-based ways of working
  • Experience building dashboards or working with data visualization tools
  • Functional knowledge of Marketing and MarTech

Location: New York, NY (hybrid). Compensation: USD 123,000 - 215,250 per yearly.
