This is an in-person, on-site role located in Tonawanda, NY.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through retirement
- Assess market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and portfolio expansion
- Lead product launch planning and commercialization activities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive adoption
- Co-create launch plans, training materials, sales tools, and customer-facing resources with Sales and Marketing
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and launch strategies
- Coordinate product communications and training initiatives
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data
- Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies
- Translate insights into actionable product recommendations
- Participate in customer visits, industry meetings, and trade shows
- Partner with Digital Dentistry, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support
- Support prioritization of product enhancements and future development initiatives
- Align product strategy with operational execution
- Monitor product performance and adoption metrics
- Track adoption, margin, revenue contribution, customer feedback, and lifecycle performance
- Recommend pricing, positioning, and product improvement strategies
- Support business case development and investment recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA Preferred) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 7–10+ years of product management, commercialization, marketing, business development, or related experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience within Medical Device
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience within Dental Device
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience within Healthcare Technology
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience within Orthodontic Industry
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience within Healthcare Manufacturing
Technologies
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- CRM and ERP tools such as Sales Logix and Microsoft Dynamics
- CAD/CAM technologies, 3D printing, and digital workflows
- Digital dentistry solutions, business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools
