Sr. Product Manager

Arcoro is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead end-to-end customer experiences and help build HR software for the construction industry in a hybrid environment in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand the real needs behind their requests
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap
• Prioritize and define features and improvements based on business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate daily with UX and product engineering to design and build features customers love
• Write release notes that clarify feature impact and support marketing, sales, and support efforts
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure on-time launches
• Measure and improve product adoption, usage, and satisfaction

Requirements

• Passion for technology and product building
• Ability to think strategically while staying clear on product details
• Action-oriented approach with a strong drive to ship
• Customer-focused mindset and appreciation for feedback
• Strong eye for design and lovable user experiences
• 5+ years as a product manager at a growing SaaS company
• Proven success delivering exceptional product launches repeatedly
• Drive for meaningful product and business growth
• Collaborative experience working across teams to deliver product success
