Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement through interviews, research, data analysis, and feedback collection.
Define requirements, write user stories, maintain product backlogs, and help prioritize work by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations.
Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other partners to deliver high-quality product experiences, including new insights, automation, and AI-powered capabilities.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, release activities, and ongoing coordination to help ensure successful delivery.
Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and track product impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Computer Science, STEM, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or relevant experience in Product Management
2 - 4 years of experience in Product Management
Experience working on SaaS products in a cross-functional environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Curious and customer-focused, with a desire to understand how users work and what problems they need solved
Comfortable working with data to support decision-making and prioritization
Able to break down complex problems into clear requirements and actionable work
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
Experience with Agile product development practices
Experience using AI productivity tools in day-to-day work
Bonus: Experience in construction technology, industrial software, IoT, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries
