Role overview

As a bilingual Senior Product Manager (Korean and English), you will lead LG Builder and SKS Luxury Product Management, own the product roadmap, and drive cross functional collaboration. The role includes managing RFP processes and coordinating with senior leadership, the Business Management team, and the Sales organization across Builder and Luxury channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead LG Builder and SKS Luxury Product Management initiatives
• Own the product roadmap and respond to product related and broader business requests
• Maintain ongoing communication with Top Management, the Business Management team, and Sales across Builder (national, regional, distributors) and Luxury (dealers) segments
• Oversee cross functional coordination for large and small RFPs, guided by strong product knowledge and competitive insight (examples include Kitchen Packages and Laundry sets)
• Support other teams within the Business Division, including Sales, Marketing, SCM, Product Planning, and Operations, while upholding core roles and responsibilities
• Provide oversight of Builder/Luxury PRM and product strategy, and manage sales tool development
• Conduct top down analyses for large developer projects, reporting, and competitive market analysis
• Manage Builder NPI lifecycle, market sensing, VOC gathering, and cross team communication

Requirements

• Product or business management experience at the senior manager level
• Demonstrated leadership experience as a team leader or task leader
• Korean and English language proficiency is strongly recommended to communicate effectively with US teams and Korea HQ
• Familiarity with Builder/Luxury PRM and product strategy, plus sales tool development management
• Experience with top down approaches for large developer projects, reporting, and competitive market analysis
• Builder NPI management experience covering lifecycle, market sensing, VOC gathering, and cross functional communication

Skills and technologies

• Proficient in Excel with OLAP capabilities, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
• Product management experience with data extraction and analysis
• Strong presentation skills suitable for public-facing contexts
