Job Description
This position sits within Colgate-Palmolive's Global Digital Applications Team, directing Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud architecture and the full marketing technology stack to optimize digital engagement.

Compensation
USD 106,400 - 155,000 per yearly
Responsibilities
- Act as the principal technical architect for Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, establishing global standards, best practices, and scalable end-to-end customer experience solutions.
- Own the global consumer and professional data models, ensuring seamless integration, governance, and scalability across multi-channel platforms and international markets.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Commerce, and Analytics teams to design data architectures that support integrated campaigns, customer acquisition, and performance reporting.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation and expansion of the marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform, SAP (Gigya), and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Conduct advanced data analysis and modeling to ingest first-party data, identify new audience targets, and develop automated capabilities to boost user engagement.
- Lead complex engagements using Agile/SCRUM methodologies, manage vendor and agency relationships, and provide expert technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Eight or more years of IT experience, with at least four years delivering end-to-end implementation and support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
- Four or more years of hands-on experience building complex data integrations to ensure seamless connectivity across marketing ecosystems.
- Proven ability to apply Agile methodologies and sprint-based development to effectively manage project lifecycles, backlogs, and technical delivery.
- Expertise in manipulating large, complex datasets using SQL and Excel to derive actionable business insights and drive data-informed decisions.
- High proficiency with Google Workspace to facilitate real-time collaboration and documentation across global teams.
