Job Description
Lead product strategy and delivery for a Salesforce and Agentforce platform ecosystem, partnering across U.S. Bank to translate customer and business outcomes into an enterprise roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and interpret business data using multiple techniques to meet business needs and requirements
- Connect U.S. Bank strategy with customer experience, digital, and technology to uncover and prioritize product and portfolio opportunities
- Establish product vision, charter, and roadmap based on prioritized opportunities
- Define product outcomes and OKRs to prioritize features and epics and break work into actionable steps for discovery, design, development, and delivery
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle using OKRs, including visioning, discovery, planning, design, development, launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement
- Create products with agile, experience design, technology, and risk partners to drive business and customer outcomes
- For technical products, oversee technical features, debt reduction, and modernization based on required platform and product technology expertise
- Define and drive long-term product vision and strategy, aligning customer, business, and platform objectives into a scalable ecosystem
- Anticipate evolving customer needs, market dynamics, emerging technologies, and industry standards, then translate insights into scalable product capabilities
- Partner with executive stakeholders to establish product charters, define outcomes, align priorities, and drive enterprise-wide adoption
- Manage and prioritize product roadmaps using OKRs, business metrics, customer insights, and performance indicators
- Manage trade-offs across stakeholder priorities, business needs, modernization, risk, technology debt, and constraints
- Own platform capabilities across Salesforce and Agentforce, including integrations and partnerships with RIVA, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, and Data360
- Establish and evolve platform design standards and reusable capabilities to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, observable, compliant, and built for long-term ecosystem growth
- Lead highly matrixed teams across product, technology, data, AI/ML, risk, compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes
- Drive alignment across channel, sales, credit, operational, technology, and digital partners for coherent product delivery and customer experiences
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic decisions covering platform investments, ecosystem development, risk posture, and innovation priorities
- Define success metrics and OKRs across customer outcomes, adoption, developer experience, platform health, operational performance, integration velocity, and business growth
- Use data, analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to improve performance, optimize outcomes, and reinforce accountability and customer-centric delivery
- Influence senior leadership and manage enterprise priorities to ensure product delivery supports both customer experience and business outcomes
Requirements
- Product management experience
- Salesforce experience preferred or required based on business need
- Expertise in critical interdependencies among product model system elements that affect performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability
- Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and internal and external customer needs while consistently adding value
- Strong customer centricity to ensure customers have a positive experience at every touch point
- Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, including ability to design, configure, and integrate technical components
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working and risk assessment and controls; ability to apply risk management knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
- Experience leading complex platform or product teams
- Experience with Salesforce and product management
- Preferred skills: product P&L, product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, channel alignment and management, adoption, customer experience research, insight and execution, Agile ways of working, go-to-market and sales channels, performance measurement and optimization, marketing and analytics, customer centricity

- Influence senior leadership and manage enterprise priorities to ensure product delivery supports customer experience and business outcomes
Location and Pay Range
- Charlotte, NC (onsite)
- Salary range: USD 170,255 - 200,300 per year
