Job Description

Work onsite in St. Louis (4 days/week) and take ownership of AI and Salesforce platform enablement for business-critical workflows. Experis offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, an Experis Upskilling Program, and paid holidays after 6 months of contracting. This is an open-ended W2 contract with potential for conversion.

What you’ll do

As a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst and Product Owner focused on AI and Platform Enablement, you will design and drive adoption of AI-powered solutions alongside Salesforce platform enhancements. You’ll partner with stakeholders and technical teams to improve efficiency, knowledge management, and automation, bringing both product thinking and platform execution to delivery.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI capabilities and Salesforce platform enhancements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on AI solutions and Salesforce best practices, advising stakeholders on solution design and implementation.
  • Test, validate, and optimize AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and reduce hallucinations or incorrect responses.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to define access personas, platform enhancements, and automation needs.
  • Design and support technical solutions spanning Salesforce objects, workflows, permissions, and automation.
  • Develop and implement platform health metrics, monitoring processes, and performance validation strategies.
  • Create governance documentation and operational procedures to support long-term platform sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI and Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in project planning, stakeholder meetings, testing efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

  • Hands-on AI/LLM experience, including validating LLM/chatbot outputs, prompt engineering, response evaluation, and hallucination detection.
  • Experience with AI platforms, agent-based solutions, or modern LLM ecosystems (highly preferred).
  • Strong business analysis background, including requirements gathering, documentation, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
  • Product Owner or product delivery experience supporting business-critical platforms.
  • Salesforce platform experience, including user access models, permissions, Opportunity and Contact management, configuration, and automation (highly desired).
  • Solid understanding of solution design, implementation, testing, and post-launch support.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Cross-functional team experience in Agile environments (plus).

Location: St. Louis, MO (onsite 4 days/week). Pay: USD 65 per hourly. Type: W2 Contract.
