Sr Salesforce Product Owner- Legal
Job Description
PDS Health is hiring a Sr Salesforce Product Owner- Legal to strengthen Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities that support Legal contract data and help move it into their CLM system. This onsite role in Irving, TX brings together product ownership, data modeling, and integration governance so contract execution can happen accurately and with minimal rework.
What you’ll own
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities supporting Legal, aligning enhancements with Legal needs and business objectives.
- Evolve distinct Service Cloud data models for multiple contract types, including ownership contracts, clinician contracts, and independent contractor agreements, each with different fields, approval paths, and data requirements.
- Own the Salesforce-to-DocuSign CLM data integration, including governing what data is captured in Service Cloud, how it is structured, and how it flows into CLM for accurate contract execution.
- Partner with Legal leadership and run working sessions with the legal systems team to surface pain points, translate them into prioritized epics, features, and user stories, and shape upcoming delivery.
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog of Legal requests across contract types, considering intake volume, cycle time, data quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive intake and triage in Service Cloud so Legal and requesting business stakeholders have real-time visibility into request status across a high volume of concurrent work.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management for the Legal Service Cloud product line, coordinating with architects, engineering, and implementation/integration vendors.
- Plan and communicate releases with disruption in mind, accounting for peak periods such as contract renewal cycles and fiscal year-end.
- Report roadmap progress and performance metrics to senior leadership and cross-functional partners, including request cycle time, data accuracy and completeness into CLM, backlog volume by contract type, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Coordinate releases internally and with vendors, managing dependencies and potential impacts across other teams and systems.
- Maintain strong collaboration between Legal, IT, and business stakeholder teams to support holistic product development.
- Stay current on legal and contract management trends, Salesforce platform updates, and competitor offerings, while pursuing professional development and sharing insights with the team.
What you bring
- 8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years as a Technical Product Owner in Agile development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong IT background with deep understanding of development principles and concepts.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including data modeling for varied record types and business rules, plus familiarity with APIs, Pub/Sub architectures, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience owning integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (such as contract lifecycle management platforms), including data mapping and governance across systems.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear epics, features, and user stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience applying prioritization frameworks such as MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort, and Kano Model.
- Significant experience leading products/projects with budgets of $1M+.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage risk, and track progress within a large organization.
- Stakeholder management experience across all levels.
- Certified Product Owner, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or related certification/experience.

Compensation and benefits
Salary: USD 117,000 - 153,000 per year.

Preferred background
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with legal operations, contract lifecycle management, or a regulated industry (dental, healthcare, or similar).
- Familiarity with DocuSign CLM or comparable contract lifecycle management platforms.
- Solid technical understanding of Salesforce modules, architecture, and cloud concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
