Job Description
The Product Manager for Prime Business within Amazon Business is responsible for growth initiatives from brand awareness to global member acquisition, leading cross-functional efforts to expand channels and optimize the top of the funnel. This onsite role in Austin, TX offers a salary range of USD 116,300 to 160,000 per year and requires a minimum of 3 years of product management experience.
Responsibilities
- Brand and top of funnel ownership: collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to shape brand strategy and traffic plans that drive worldwide member growth. Identify cross-country and cross-segment best practices and develop novel engagement mechanisms grounded in customer needs.
- Develop new channels: pinpoint fresh member acquisition channels and define the acquisition and management experience for each. Identify flywheel drivers with internal Amazon and third-party services to accelerate membership growth through win-win partnerships with leading B2B providers.
- Strategic growth initiatives: craft offers or plans tailored to specific customer segments and ensure membership remains a central driver of Amazon Business growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience overseeing technical products or online services
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering major new products or services
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and VBA
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit analyses and presenting results to stakeholders across the organization
