Job Description
Based in Denver, Colorado with a hybrid in-office requirement, the Product Operations Manager role combines operations and product discipline to address customer-facing issues affecting Internet service, monitor product performance, and drive reliability improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, prioritize, and resolve product and service issues through root-cause analysis and collaborative engagement
- Understand the intended product and customer experience to rapidly identify and triage customer-impacting production issues with the appropriate partner teams
- Coordinate solution deployment by defining acceptance criteria, validating testing scope, and supporting release rollout
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and drafting business requirements for product iterations
- Monitor and analyze product performance to provide actionable insights and regular updates to product managers and business partners
- Role may require occasional overnight and weekend hours depending on issue severity and impact
- Additional duties or projects as assigned by management as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of related work experience; advanced degree preferred. Acceptable fields include IT or Engineering
- Experience in the technical or wireless industry
- Experience in channel experience, direct channel support, or relevant experience with product/service delivery and support planning
- Product management or vendor management experience
- Ability to interview without the use of AI tools
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range
- $86,400 - $155,900
Corporate Bonus Target
- 15%
