Job Description

Starbucks is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement initiatives, spanning manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, and store delivery. This on-site role in Seattle, WA focuses on leveraging technology to drive measurable business outcomes, collaborating with engineering, operations, and business leadership to define the product vision and priorities. The position offers a salary range of USD 130,300 to 217,400 per year and requires a minimum of five years of product management experience, ideally in supply chain or enterprise technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a product strategy aligned with business goals and operational KPIs.
  • Prioritize high-impact initiatives that improve cost, service, and agility.
  • Design solutions to enhance supplier collaboration, manufacturing visibility, inventory accuracy, transportation reliability, and last-mile execution.
  • Ensure products provide real-time insights that enable faster decision-making across the network.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable product requirements.
  • Measure success by business outcomes rather than merely delivering features.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Engage stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and operations to drive adoption and change.
  • Apply technology thoughtfully, including AI, automation, and advanced analytics, where it solves real problems and creates measurable value.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and optimize processes.
  • Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI tools to shorten the path from concept to production-grade solutions.
  • Stay current on emerging AI models and product practices, applying best-in-class patterns such as prompt-driven workflows and agent-based automation to accelerate delivery and impact.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of product management experience, ideally in supply chain or enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
  • Proven ability to set strategy, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in complex environments.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Comfortable working with engineering and data teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI into the product management toolkit, including prototyping, experimentation, or shipping AI-powered features.
