Sr. Product Manager - Tech, AWS Billing Product

Based in Seattle, WA, this onsite senior technical product management role leads the international expansion of AWS Billing, shaping the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plans to deliver localized billing experiences for AWS customers around the world.

Summary

The Senior Product Manager - Technical position owns the strategic direction for expanding AWS Billing across regions. It requires defining a clear product vision, building and maintaining the roadmap, and coordinating with multiple product teams and stakeholders to drive global launches of localized billing experiences for AWS customers.

Responsibilities

• Define the long term vision, own the product roadmap, and synchronize dependencies across multiple product teams and key stakeholders.
• Develop the product vision and go-to-market approach to support timely delivery and successful launches.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to ensure technical and business tradeoffs are considered in delivery decisions.
• Lead requirements gathering and feature specification, establishing appropriate success criteria to achieve desired business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs for a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a diverse set of customers and stakeholders during executive level prioritization and planning.
• 2+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.

The group is building world-class customer-facing product experiences on top of a robust operational foundation to support global billing needs. This onsite role is based in Seattle, Washington, with a compensation range of USD 151,200 to 204,600 per year.
