Product Operations Technical Specialist, Precision Engagement Systems

Responsibilities

• Own the sustainment of Bolt and Anvil deployments, aligning customer mission needs with operator familiarity of our products and delivered capabilities.
• Triage, diagnose, and perform root-cause analysis on product incidents; drive postmortems, provide status updates through resolution, and implement actions to improve system and product reliability.
• Conduct log reviews and diagnostics using Linux and command line tools to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Enhance the fleet's observability and health telemetry, collaborating with multiple functions across the Precision Engagement Systems team.
• Collect, organize, and analyze system failure data to identify trends, enable proactive sustainment processes, and inform resource allocation.
• Support global customers through proactive communication and precise execution; track, manage, and communicate remediation of customer-facing incidents and concerns.
• Evaluate and improve product capabilities by translating customer feedback into actionable capability requirements, performance indicators, and desired functionality.
• Maintain awareness of current product specifications and bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially between engineering teams and the warfighter.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across business, engineering, and sustainment teams; influence decisions to maximize end-user capability availability.
• Travel as required to support customer needs and operations.

Requirements

• Proven self-starter with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude for unstructured situations at the hardware, software, and networking interface; capable of driving vague technical problems to clarity and resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to master a technical system and support it in operational environments; self-sufficient across the depth and breadth of a technical system.
• Consistent practice of excellence and rigor across repeated processes, maintaining quality from the first to the hundredth iteration.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor junior personnel.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating new approaches to work.
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
• BA/BS with 5+ years of professional experience, or 8+ years of relevant operational experience in lieu of a degree.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance; past clearances or background investigations are a plus.
