Job Description
Based in Columbus, OH, this onsite Product Manager role for the Cash and Check Product delivers end-to-end product lifecycle leadership and acts as the voice of the customer, driving launches and scalable, high-quality solutions that deliver client value. Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and vision to create meaningful customer value
- Lead discovery and market research to surface customer solutions and feed them into the roadmap
- Own, maintain, and evolve the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Establish the framework for tracking key success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, and reliability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Product Management knowledge and proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (for example Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate the product development lifecycle
