Job Description

Coca-Cola is looking for a Product Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle ownership for Salesforce-based technology solutions. This onsite role in Atlanta, GA partners closely with business owners, subject matter experts, and technical teams to translate business problems into to-be processes, user stories, and a roadmap that supports Salesforce SaaS delivery and application health.

In this position, you will define the functional approach for Salesforce implementations, shape MVP and release planning, and monitor outcomes through KPIs tied to cost-to-own and usage. The role reports to the Senior Director, Shared Platforms and works across Agile Scrum delivery in collaboration with distributed internal and vendor teams.

What you’ll do

  • Define and document the overall business problem and the to-be functional product implementation that aligns to business goals
  • Quantify the value of proposed projects and solutions to support cross-prioritization and sequencing
  • Quantify trade-offs between out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and customizations
  • Drive definition of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and document the product roadmap
  • Own delivery of the product roadmap and feature release plans
  • Track cost-to-own and application health and usage KPIs

What you bring

  • 5+ years working directly with the Salesforce platform, including specific expertise in Service Cloud, Communities, and Agentforce (Salesforce certifications are highly desired)
  • Experience delivering in an Agile Scrum environment, including user story mapping, user story definition, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
  • Experience working with distributed external resources and vendor teams (onshore and offshore)
  • Product Management experience driving discovery through value realization
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, including ERP, data lakes, and marketing platforms
  • Experience building on Salesforce using low code tools such as Flows, Lightning App Builder, and simple analytics + reporting
  • Understanding of SaaS platform development best practices
  • Analytical mindset to break down complex business problems and document proposed process solutions

How you’ll work with teams

  • Translate complex technology concepts clearly for non-technical business partners and leadership
  • Perform formal analysis, author clear documentation, and provide written interpretations of findings
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in environments with bursts of activity and shifting coarse and fine-grained priorities
  • Navigate stakeholder relationships to uncover root concerns, resolve issues, and negotiate paths forward with leadership
  • Apply enterprise architecture awareness, including how Salesforce fits into a broader ecosystem

  • Annual salary range: USD 124,600 - 148,200
  • Annual incentive reference value percentage: 15%
