Job Description
Based in Wilmington, Delaware on-site, this VP-level role sits within JPMorgan Chase's Chase Digital team, focusing on Agentic Messaging. The position sets the omni-channel messaging strategy and leads the end-to-end product lifecycle, acting as the voice of the customer and launching scalable, value-driven notification experiences. The role offers a salary range of USD 122,550 to 201,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Define a product strategy and vision for omni-channel messaging that delivers customer value across push, SMS, email, in-app, and on-site experiences.
- Lead discovery and market research to identify customer needs and translate them into the messaging roadmap, including channel selection logic, frequency capping, and opt-in/opt-out controls.
- Collaborate with multiple product teams to scope, design, and launch new in-app and on-site messages, connecting teams with the broader messaging platform.
- Own and evolve the product backlog to support ongoing platform development.
- Establish a measurement framework and monitor key metrics such as open rates, conversions, opt-out rates, and downstream customer actions to continually optimize the channel strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design considerations, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
