Responsibilities

  • Sustain deployed Counter Intrusion solutions by aligning customer missions with our products and integrations
  • Triage, diagnose, and identify root causes of incidents; provide visibility on status through to resolution
  • Partner with product teams to continuously improve fleet observability and telemetry quality
  • Develop fleet health reporting across the Counter Intrusion tech stack and monitor deviations from baseline
  • Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to resolve reliability issues
  • Support global customers through proactive communications and precise execution
  • Recommend process and product improvements based on customer feedback and available analytics
  • Perform hardware maintenance using Linux command line tools

Requirements

  • Proven self-starter with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently
  • Strong problem solving at the hardware, software, and networking interface; translate vague technical problems into clear plans
  • Demonstrated ability to master a technical system and support it in operational environments; takes ownership and remains self-sufficient across the system
  • Consistently applies rigor and excellence across repeated processes
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating new approaches
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance; prior clearances are a plus

About the role

As a member of the Counter Intrusion product operations team, you will focus on maintaining the health of deployed Counter Intrusion technology. Your responsibilities include identifying, triaging, escalating, and managing the resolution of incidents across the deployed fleet. The role requires a debugging mindset and a readiness for real-time response, rapid resolution, and root-cause analysis of complex electromechanical systems.
