Sr. Product Manager - Tech

The Sr. Product Manager - Tech at Amazon will drive the adoption of first-party and ready-made AI products across internal teams, accelerate AI-enabled innovation in daily workflows, and take ownership of 1P enterprise products beyond their initial development.

Responsibilities

• Lead evangelization, measurement, and go-to-market planning for internal personal and team level AI agents that boost business productivity.
• Advance adoption of 1P AI products across internal users by developing and executing targeted adoption initiatives.
• Develop marketing collateral that communicates the value of 1P internal AI products to a broad internal audience.
• Gain deep understanding of customer needs and directly build personal and team level AI agents to address those needs.
• Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators to evaluate product success and customer impact.
• Identify complementary use cases across Amazon to extend the value of existing AI products.
• Support training and guidance for internal teams on available tools, and best practices for using AI chatbots to create personal and team workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and evaluating tradeoffs for a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
