This on-site role in Plano, TX collaborates across teams to run a high-velocity testing program and serve as the cross-functional product owner, with a compensation range of USD 116,000 to 159,500 per year and a preference for a bachelor’s degree plus a decade of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end performance of the digital funnel, from site visit to lead capture to loan origination, delivering measurable gains in conversion and efficiency.
- Shape digital experiences across direct, retail, and servicing lines to guide users toward the most appropriate journey.
- Manage how loandepot.com channels traffic into core journeys, optimizing entry points, routing, and user flows to boost engagement and conversions.
- Identify friction points throughout the customer journey and eliminate obstacles to improve funnel entry, progression, and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized experimentation roadmap spanning funnel and site experiences with a focus on measurable impact.
- Lead a fast-paced testing program, iterating quickly to improve performance and scale successful approaches.
- Leverage analytics to pinpoint drivers of performance and translate insights into concrete improvements.
- Act as the cross-functional product owner for funnel and site experiences, aligning priorities across marketing, product, engineering, and business partners.
- Influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital improvements through data-driven guidance and strong stakeholder collaboration.
- Document clear requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog tied to business outcomes and conversion impact.
- Prioritize initiatives considering ROI, potential conversion impact, required effort, and alignment with business objectives.
- Establish ongoing reporting on funnel performance, conversion metrics, and the digital contribution to business outcomes.
- May lead and develop a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternatively, a minimum of ten years in digital growth, product management, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of owning and optimizing an end-to-end digital funnel with measurable business impact.
- Successful history of driving conversions through testing and experimentation.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to deliver digital experiences.
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Optimizely.
- Mortgage or financial services experience is preferred.

Compensation
The base pay for this role sits in the USD 116,000 to 159,500 per year range. Final compensation is determined within this range and takes into account factors such as job-related knowledge and skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
