What you’ll do
As a Senior Product Manager, you will guide product development from early conception through launch across multiple products or segments. You will discover opportunities, develop new offerings, and drive ongoing enhancements while ensuring roadmaps stay aligned with business objectives.
- Own a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning internal stakeholders while driving execution of strategic initiatives tied to long-term business outcomes.
- Lead high-impact customer discovery and mentor others on interview techniques to strengthen value propositions and product fit.
- Set portfolio-level priorities, coordinating efforts with overall product and business strategy.
- Build reporting and monitoring frameworks that measure success across multiple product dimensions using qualitative and quantitative signals.
- Design and run feedback loops at scale to keep product decisions aligned with evolving market needs.
- Ensure company-wide clarity on product efforts by regularly communicating the “Why” at senior leadership forums and cross-departmental meetings.
- Lead validation of complex problems and solutions, providing direction on critical initiatives and confirming strategic alignment.
- Translate customer and business needs into detailed epics and initiatives aligned to the broader product strategy.
- Partner with technical project managers to support execution.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to continuously improve products post-launch.
- Strengthen product management frameworks by mentoring other product managers and contributing to company-wide initiatives.
What you bring
- 5 to 8 years of experience in product management and/or customer discovery.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; specialization in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related area is highly valued (or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience).
- Demonstrated expertise in user engagement metrics and product KPIs to support data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency with Agile planning methods and practices, plus strong organizational skills to manage products through discovery to launch and continuous review.
- A strategic mindset with analytical problem-solving, strong prioritization, and the flexibility to pivot as market and technology demands evolve.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present in person and virtually, and confidence in diplomacy, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management.
