Principal Product Manager, FinAuto GCP Product

The Principal Product Manager for GCP FinAuto will be based onsite in Arlington, VA, guiding strategy, feature sets, and the roadmap for the Sourcing Suite while aligning cross-functional delivery across sales, account management, operations, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer focused innovation on the GCP FinAuto portfolio
• Lead the product lifecycle from strategic planning through tactical execution
• Define feature sets, business requirements, success metrics, and the product roadmap
• Prioritize engineering work while balancing customer and stakeholder needs
• Champion the product internally and with external audiences
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft solutions that enable sales, account management, operations, and support teams
• Translate customer insights and technology trends into clear product requirements
• Set ambitious product goals and monitor metrics to drive commercial success

Requirements

• 10+ years in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology-related roles
• Proven experience blending product and program management to lead strategic initiatives, process creation, standardization, and continual improvement
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• End-to-end product delivery experience
• Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs to maximize value
• Experience as a product manager or product owner

Compensation

• Salary range: USD 161,900 - 219,000 per year
