Sr. Product Manager - Tech, SMB Financing, Small and Medium Business Financing

Senior Product Manager to define vision and roadmap for a global SMB lending marketplace at Amazon, onsite in Seattle, with a salary range of USD 151,200 - 204,600 per year.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap, guiding a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, program managers, data scientists and other product owners to execute the plan.
• PDLC execution: develop clear product requirements with measurable success criteria; design a rollout go-to-market plan and ensure delivery; monitor, track, and improve key customer experience metrics.
• Customer journey optimization: map end-to-end journeys, identify friction points, and drive improvements in conversion, satisfaction, and retention across all touchpoints.
• Voice of Customer: establish and sustain systematic feedback channels including surveys, usability tests, customer interviews and sentiment analysis to inform product decisions.
• Experimentation and testing: design and run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize CX metrics.
• Competitive analysis: conduct ongoing market research to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management: collaborate with SPS Product, UX and Research to influence Amazon Lending experiences for NGS and Amelia; partner with marketing, CMs and lending partners to gather insights and ensure a seamless customer experience across channels.
• Localization: adapt product offerings for different markets, regulatory requirements and local customer preferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and navigating tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
