Product Manager, AMXL Product Strategy
Job Description
Based in Bellevue, WA, this onsite Product Manager role focuses on AMXL Product Strategy, shaping growth across Heavy Bulky segments starting with Premium. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance the end-to-end customer experience. Compensation ranges from USD 116,300 to 160,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Develop the product strategy and roadmap to improve the Premium Heavy Bulky experience, with flexibility to expand into adjacent segments as the business evolves
- Quantify growth opportunities across segments through customer research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking, prioritizing Premium in the near term
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including category, delivery experience, marketing, and analytics to build and launch customer focused solutions
- Draft PRFAQs and strategy briefs that articulate the product vision, customer value proposition, and expected business impact
- Define and track business metrics such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and adoption KPIs across owned segments
- Secure stakeholder alignment across category, operations, and CX to ensure a cohesive experience delivery
- Perform customer segmentation analysis to inform segment definitions, prioritization, and feature differentiation strategies
- Partner with Data Science and Analytics to generate insights that guide growth strategy and measure initiative effectiveness across segments
- Travel up to 10 percent as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering major new products or services through product, program, or project management
- Proven ability to guide projects with tight deadlines in a cross-functional environment
- Experience performing financial or other quantitative analyses
- Experience using large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as SQL, MSAccess, Tableau, Essbase, or Cognos
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities amid ambiguity
- Experience developing operational processes and supporting technologies

- Review key metrics and customer feedback for Premium Heavy Bulky offerings and adjacent segments to identify trends and prioritize features that boost adoption and satisfaction
- Lead a working session with category and delivery experience partners to align on upcoming improvements, discuss pain points, and evaluate potential solutions
- Analyze segmentation data with analytics to refine segment definitions and uncover underserved cohorts with high growth potential
- Participate in weekly product review meetings with leadership, presenting progress on growth initiatives and gathering roadmap feedback
- Collaborate with fellow AMXL Product Strategy managers to uncover synergies across growth workstreams and propose cross-cutting solutions
