Job Description

Senior Product Manager-Technical at Amazon in Seattle, WA (onsite), USD 151,200 - 204,600 per yearly, responsible for building and scaling an AI-driven headcount management application and driving Agentic AI capabilities across the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and clearly communicate the strategy to leadership.
  • Define and advance Agentic AI capabilities, including autonomous headcount workflows, intelligent decisioning, and multi-step AI-powered automation, within the product roadmap.
  • Lead the direction for a world-class user experience design.
  • Plan the business and product roadmap, develop features, and specify requirements.
  • Prepare launch plans, set release goals, and prioritize features.
  • Build and monitor metrics to continuously improve business performance.
  • Drive adoption by engaging global users.
  • Leverage AI tools to boost personal productivity, including drafting narratives, synthesizing customer research, analyzing data, and preparing executive communications with higher quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end product solutions.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
  • Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.

A Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with Business Leaders, Finance, HR, Development, and UX teams to bridge the gap between technical solutions and end users of the headcount management application.
  • Partner with global leaders to refine how their organizations use the platform, prioritize and maintain the product roadmap, and drive effective adoption.
  • Aim to align headcount data to a single source of truth and eliminate manual processes.
