Sr. Product Manager

Senior Product Manager on the AB Selection team within Amazon Business, onsite in Seattle, WA. This role centers on growing the product assortment by analyzing selection data, onboarding in-demand products, and setting goals and roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams, with impact reported to leadership. Salary ranges from USD 136,000 to 184,100 per year and requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent along with at least five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Leverage selection data to identify high-impact opportunities for expanding the product assortment.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to onboard essential new in-demand products.
• Define goals, overall strategy, and the roadmap for developing new selection focused products and enhancements.
• Prioritize initiatives by balancing seller and customer needs with operational feasibility to drive growth in the selection experience.
• Lead regular performance reviews with senior leadership, presenting progress, business impact, and upcoming opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs within a product.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience as a product manager or product owner.
• Experience owning technology products.
