Job Description

Location: Bellevue, WA (onsite). Compensation for this role ranges from USD 151,200 to 204,600 per year. A Bachelor's degree is required, with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred. This Senior Product Manager (Tech) role within Amazon AIM/SCOT focuses on GV based availability metrics and end-to-end product ownership to improve the customer experience across the shopping journey. You will lead cross-functional teams to extract insights from data, define roadmaps, and scale solutions for availability and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal customers to understand use cases and current solutions, driving requirements definition, UI design, feature prioritization, and adoption measurement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to shape and advance product roadmaps.
  • Define the product strategy and vision, owning the roadmap and supporting documentation.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, make informed tradeoffs, and balance business and customer needs with technical constraints.
  • Own production metrics for Availability data products, detect anomalies, analyze long-term trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Lead technical product development for new strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain Business Requirement Documents, User Stories, Use Cases, and Product Strategy documents.
  • Evaluate technical solutions and decompose complex problems into concise, effective proposals.
  • Partner with multiple tech and product teams across locations to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience delivering features and managing tradeoffs for a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Ability to represent and advocate for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
