Job Description

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Product Manager - Technical to lead product initiatives within Private Brands Central (PBC). This on-site role in Seattle, WA blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery, partnering with global stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions from the ground up for APB products. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the position carries a salary range of USD 151,200 to 204,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product initiatives within Private Brands Central (PBC).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across global marketplaces in Hardlines, Softlines, and Consumables to define requirements and secure alignment for a seamless product experience within your modules.
  • Set the product vision and build solutions from scratch.
  • Engage in a unique opportunity to create something new, work across strategic businesses, and interact with global stakeholders.
  • Balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail, identify risks, and act as the product owner.
  • Develop an externalized module for sourcing RFQs from APB suppliers.
  • Launch an automated process to manage sustainability and quality related claims for APB products.
  • Automate ASIN and detail page creation within Amazon systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs for a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience representing and advocating for a diverse set of customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
  • Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
  • Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time.
  • Experience employing generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
  • Ability to identify opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
