Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Tech for Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) drives AI adoption and maintains first-party enterprise AI tools across internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead evangelization, success metrics, and go-to-market planning for internal personal and team level AI agents that boost productivity.
  • Accelerate adoption of first-party AI products across internal users by designing and executing targeted rollout plans.
  • Develop internal communications and collateral that articulate the value of first-party AI tools to a broad internal audience.
  • Capture deep user needs and directly build personal and team AI agents to address those requirements.
  • Define, monitor, and report KPIs to measure product success and customer impact.
  • Identify complementary use cases across Amazon to extend the value of existing AI products.
  • Coach internal teams on available tools and best practices for using AI chatbots and building personal and team workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience delivering features and weighing tradeoffs for a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience representing and advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

The Retail Growth and Development team leads expansion and optimization of Amazon's physical retail footprint, overseeing strategic planning, development, and operations for a diverse portfolio of grocery stores and logistics facilities. The team blends innovative thinking with operational excellence to create strong shopping experiences and sustainable growth for Amazon's retail portfolio.

  • Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or QuickSight
  • Experience building and driving adoption of new tools
  • MBA
  • Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale

  • Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 143,700 - 204,600 per year
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
