Sr. Product Manager, Technical, US Prime and Marketing Tech

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Technical to lead GenAI-powered automated merchandising and cross-channel marketing technology. This onsite role in Seattle, WA collaborates with engineers, applied scientists, merchandisers, and marketing stakeholders to shape the product vision and strategy, driving cross-functional initiatives that impact Prime and marketing tech platforms. The position offers a compensation range of USD 151,200 to 204,600 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning to align with business objectives, define the product vision, establish an experimentation roadmap, and set a balanced KPI framework to measure impact and progress.
• Collaborate daily with software managers, engineers, applied scientists, and stakeholders across teams to define system architecture, craft user stories, and evaluate business and technical trade-offs.
• Plan and coordinate customer research to guide new technology investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven ability to own and drive roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience delivering features and evaluating trade-offs for a product
• Ability to contribute to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience representing diverse customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning
