Job Description

Amazon's global vendor ecosystem hinges on strong partnerships and seamless tools that empower vendors to grow within its retail platforms. As the Sr. Product Manager for Vendor Experience, you will own the worldwide vision and roadmap for vendor portals, dashboards, and self-service tools, guiding AI-enabled experiences across cross-functional teams. This onsite role in Seattle offers a competitive salary range of USD 136,000 to 184,100 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product vision for the global vendor experience, including portals, dashboards, and self-service tools used by vendors across Amazon's retail marketplaces worldwide.
  • Focus relentlessly on vendor and customer experience by conducting data-driven discovery, usability studies, and direct vendor engagement to uncover friction points and unmet needs.
  • Lead the Agentic AI strategy for the vendor experience, defining and championing the roadmap for next-generation autonomous and semi-autonomous AI experiences.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Retail Category teams, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to prioritize, scope, and deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Define and monitor success metrics, establishing KPIs for satisfaction, Cost-to-Serve, and vendor experience, and use data to iterate and improve.
  • Influence senior leadership through clear narratives and presentations to VPs and Directors, building trust with rigorous thinking and precise communication.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and balance vendor needs, technical constraints, and business priorities to deliver results on time and at scale.
  • Stay ahead of AI/ML capabilities, agentic systems, and e-commerce trends to ensure Amazon remains the best place for vendors to build and grow their business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience delivering features and managing tradeoffs for a product
  • Experience as a product manager or product owner
  • Experience owning technology products
