Job Description
TikTok's Sports Product team seeks a Sports Creator Strategy & Product Operation Manager in Los Angeles to help shape the platform's sports creator ecosystem. You will lead growth, onboarding, monetization, and cross-region initiatives, collaborating with product, data, and regional teams to build sustainable creator ecosystems. This on-site role is based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Drive high quality sports content and creator growth to increase creativity and value on TikTok.
- Define the sports creator strategy, including goal setting, expansion playbooks, metrics framework, and scalable supply approaches across regions.
- Create and refine growth mechanisms for creators, covering onboarding, education, monetization, and tiered management models.
- Analyze creator ecosystem data to identify gaps and opportunities, translating findings into actionable strategies to improve retention and activity.
- Partner with product, data, and regional teams to implement these strategies and foster a durable creator ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in creator operations, ecosystem strategy, or platform strategy within content communities.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to design systematic solutions from a macro perspective.
- Excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and persuasion, organizational coordination, and execution skills. Results-driven.
- Data-informed with the ability to diagnose problems and measure strategy effectiveness.
- Familiarity with the sports content creation landscape and creator motivation models.

Compensation & Benefits Details
The base salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $88,920 - $209,380 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range based on qualifications, skills, and experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Employees receive day-one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and more. They also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of paid personal time (prorated on hire with tenure).
