Job Description

The Product Manager for the Offer Platform at JPMorganChase, based in Columbus, OH (onsite), leads the end-to-end lifecycle of card offers and shopping experiences within Card Offers & Shopping, representing the voice of the customer and driving scalable, high-quality outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers meaningful value to customers
  • Leads discovery efforts and market research to identify customer needs and fold them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and evolves the product backlog to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework to track key success metrics such as cost, feature set, risk posture, and reliability
  • Partners with product and technical teams to align roadmaps and clearly prioritize the book of work
  • Translates high level business goals into requirements and technical execution plans with impacted stakeholders
  • Independently analyzes data to ensure requirements are clear and forward-looking as the platform modernizes
  • Forges partnerships to advance toward a target state offer ecosystem through collaboration opportunities
  • Engages leadership for support, updates, and partnership during challenges

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design practices, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Ability to absorb and translate complex technical material into actionable business problems or impacts
  • Demonstrated experience formulating and communicating a clear product strategy in written and verbal form
  • Capability to navigate a large network of partners to gather input for a proper product plan and delivery
  • Experience working with a team of technical partners by clearly defining prioritization, requirements, and sharing roadmap updates for alignment
