Product Manager - Value Added Services
Job Description
This onsite Product Manager role in JPMorganChase's Business Banking focuses on leading the end-to-end lifecycle of value-added offerings, representing the voice of the customer to shape profitable solutions. Based in New York, NY, the position offers a salary range of USD 122,550 to 201,000 per year and requires a minimum of six years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and vision to deliver measurable value for customers
- Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer needs and incorporate them into the roadmap
- Own and maintain a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Establish a framework to track key success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, and reliability
- Collaborate with Design, Data, and Technology to execute large-scale initiatives and work with Risk, Controls, Compliance and Legal to sustain a robust risk environment
- Oversee production support, issue and defect resolution, and prioritization
Requirements
- Six or more years of experience in product management or a related domain
- Advanced understanding of the product development life cycle, design processes, and data analytics
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Office tools, and Confluence
- Proven ability to lead life cycle activities from discovery through ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment, balance multiple responsibilities, scope projects, prioritize effectively, and collaborate within a team
