Job Description

Join JPMorgan Chase in Wilmington, Delaware, onsite, as a VP level Product Operations Enablement Manager within Consumer & Community Banking Product Operations. Lead an enablement team focused on scaled Agile practices and deliver the organization’s largest strategic priorities across multiple products and portfolios. The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 118,750 to 197,000 per year and emphasizes coaching, governance, and operational excellence to support cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Teach large program teams how to apply Discovery, Planning, and Delivery across products and lines of business
  • Drive integration across portfolios, breaking down silos and promoting collaboration across the organization
  • Lead a team of coaches and facilitators responsible for teaching new ways of working in a matrixed environment, guiding the shift to value‑driven execution
  • Champion and lead enterprise‑wide change initiatives, promoting adoption of new PDLC best practices, processes, tools, and ways of working across affected teams and portfolios
  • Observe and identify opportunities to improve operational frameworks, governance structures, and tooling to boost efficiency at scale
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to program and product leaders, delivering strategic insights, transparent reporting, and proactive risk management; communicate context, strategy, and value proposition to align and motivate
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team, fostering integrity, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee identification, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues that may impact program or portfolio performance, ensuring blockers are addressed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, program management, or portfolio operations within a large, matrixed organization
  • Experience with large‑scale Agile and/or Product Operating Model transformations
  • Expertise in multiple delivery frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SaFE, Lean, Theory of Constraints, and Product Development Flow
  • Deep expertise in Product Development Lifecycle methodologies, operational frameworks, and governance
  • Experience as a key contributor in a product development role (for example, product manager, software engineer, or designer)
  • Proven track record managing multiple teams and large‑scale, cross‑functional programs across multiple products or portfolios
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive organizational transformation
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem solving skills
  • Ability to influence, align, and rally diverse groups toward enterprise goals
