Job Description
This role focuses on shaping strategic partnerships, exploring new collaboration models, and driving coordinated execution across business development, partnerships, and related teams.
Responsibilities
- Examine the sports landscape to uncover high-value partnership opportunities, set priorities, and develop practical strategies and solutions.
- Investigate innovative collaboration models to broaden the platform's reach in the sports domain.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with BD, Partnerships, and other groups to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in sports strategy, consulting, or licensing; strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Goal-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to manage projects and deliver results.
- Deep knowledge of the sports business landscape and B2B partnerships (IP/athletes, rights, marketing); proficient in strategy, planning, and business case development.
- Passion for sports, innovative thinker, and problem-solver; experience with sports IP or events is a plus.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $103,360 - $273,600 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the total compensation package and may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits are available from day one and include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time prorated at hire with tenure-based accruals. The company reserves the right to modify these programs at any time.
