Product Operation Manager, Brand Operations GTM
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Market Insight & Strategy: conduct deep-dive analysis of the U.S. consumer and merchant landscape, identify certification needs, and establish a Net Promoter Score feedback loop to drive ongoing improvement.
- Standard Setting: define and refine the TTS Top-Tier Store criteria, emphasizing brand influence and authorized status, and translate these concepts into concrete rules for merchant vetting and evaluation.
- GTM Execution & Advocacy: lead the rollout of certification rules across multiple industry categories and serve as the primary advocate for these standards, ensuring internal teams and external merchants understand and complete the process.
- Ecosystem Optimization: assess the impact of merchant certifications and user feedback, and partner with Product and Strategy teams to iterate on rules that boost consumer trust and sustain a secure platform ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in strategy operations or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stage projects from concept to completion in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to drive strategic decisions and measure performance.
