Product Operations Manager
Job Description
TikTok's LIVE product area in Los Angeles is seeking a Product Operations Manager to steer growth initiatives for creator segments and coordinate cross-functional delivery that enhances live-streaming features and campaigns. This onsite role translates creator needs into actionable requirements, conducts ROI analyses, and leads end-to-end programs designed to strengthen the health of TikTok's global ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute end-to-end growth plans for targeted creator segments using data-driven objectives.
- Perform full-cycle post-mortems and ROI analyses to surface high-impact strategies and scalable implementation paths.
- Define and monitor clear success metrics for all creator initiatives, ensuring alignment with the global ecosystem health.
- Partner with the Product team to translate creator needs into actionable requirements and continuously improve features.
- Design education programs and improvement guides to help streamers professionalize and achieve sustainable growth.
- Monitor the LIVE content ecosystem to spot emerging trends, pain points, and competitive opportunities.
- Lead the planning and execution of creator-facing campaigns from concept through performance review.
- Coordinate collaboration among Product, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure smooth delivery across global departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in product operations or project management; experience in the entertainment livestreaming industry is highly preferred.
- Experience with entertainment or social products such as gaming, livestreaming, or music, combined with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Strong data analysis skills and logical thinking, with the ability to distill operational learnings to guide future iterations.
- Proactive professional who can perform under pressure, manage cross-functional projects, and rapidly drive solutions for campaign challenges.
- Full professional proficiency in English for both written and oral communication in a global environment.

Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $88,920 to $209,380 per year. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the total package that may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
