Job Description

Senior Product Manager for US retail regionalization and profitability initiatives at Amazon, based in Seattle, WA onsite, with a salary range of USD 136,000 to 184,100 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a principal contributor to regionalization and profitability workstreams, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to execute the product vision across both programs.
  • Detect business opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder insights.
  • Lead product development that delivers value for regionalization and profitability programs, collaborating with technology, operations, and business leaders.
  • Own and present PRFAQs and Business Requirements Documents for the regionalization and profitability initiatives, securing stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop tools and communication frameworks that help retail teams monitor and optimize profitability program performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven ownership of roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience delivering products end to end
  • Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs for a product
  • Background as a product manager or product owner
  • Experience owning technology products
