Principal Associate, Product Operations & Process Management
Job Description

This onsite Principal Associate role in Product Operations supports AML Investigator Platforms by coordinating across Product, Operations, Technology, and risk partners to streamline processes, manage change, and strengthen stakeholder collaboration. The position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 98,900 - 112,900 per year, comprehensive health and financial benefits, and performance-based incentive opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive Improvements: Monitor process health, report on performance, and help plan redesigns to remove friction.
- Control Support: Establish and maintain process controls and formal development/management documentation to sustain a well managed state.
- Access Management: Own and execute Access Management processes, certification, and ongoing user access requests.
- Policy Maintenance: Support the upkeep of policies and standards that govern the Next Gen ecosystem.
- The Front Door: Serve as the primary intake for user issues, manage support channels, triage topics, and collaborate with Product and Tech for rapid resolutions.
- Go-To-Market Support: Partner with business customers on user communications and go-to-market plans to ensure smooth feature adoption.
- Quality Assurance: Support User Acceptance Testing efforts for product feature delivery.
- Risk Liaison: Assist with audit and exam requests, coordinating with Product and Technology to provide timely evidence to the Second/Third Line.
- Voice of the Customer: Collect and organize qualitative and quantitative data to inform senior leadership about user needs and platform performance.
- Regulatory Support: Navigate regulatory requirements to keep product delivery and process improvements compliant.
- Collaborative Outcomes: Work with Product, Technology, and stakeholders to clarify needs and deliver practical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services
- At least 3 years of experience in Process Management
- At least 3 years of experience on cross-functional projects and programs
- At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
