Product Operations Educator
Job Description
The Product Operations Educator role at lululemon is an onsite position in Tulalip, WA, focused on inventory organization, processing shipments, and store operations to support guest experience and omnichannel programs. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and offers compensation of USD 20 to 25 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient inventory workspace to uphold safety standards in the store.
- Carry out the inventory processing plan defined by the Product Operations Lead, ensuring RFID counts align with company standards.
- Receive and process incoming deliveries per standards, including folding, sorting, and hanging product to optimize space and productivity.
- Reconcile, prepare, package, and route product to the correct locations in line with company standards (for example, handling damages or consolidations).
- Implement on floor product display changes, daily restocking and destocking, and product moves to maintain organization and presentation.
- Support market relevant omnichannel programs such as buy online, pickup in store and ship from store options, following company standards.
- Engage with guests on the retail floor or connect them with a team member to support their shopping experience.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment that supports both colleagues and guests.
- Utilize in-store technology to streamline store operations and enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Schedule/Availability
- The work schedule can vary based on store needs
- Shifts may be scheduled evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- In addition, the schedule may include times when the store is closed to guests
