Product Operations Lead
Job Description
This onsite contract role supports the store's product strategy at a Lululemon location in Round Rock, TX, with ownership over product operations, inventory control, and guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to translate product strategy into actionable plans and daily practice.
- Proactively plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with SOPs.
- Oversee product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and price adjustments.
- Motivate and guide the team during each shift to participate in inventory management in an engaging, productive atmosphere.
- Track inventory levels and share insights to support sell-through and optimal product availability for guests.
- Analyze daily performance data and metrics to inform actions; for example, review sell-through trends to advise leadership on product focus or pricing.
- Support the store hiring process, including recruiting input, candidate assessment, onboarding, and training.
- Address performance and foster development through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on training.
- Promote a respectful, inclusive team environment by building supportive relationships with colleagues.
- When acting as Supervisor on Duty during open hours, lead from the floor to deliver technical product education and a world-class guest experience.
Requirements
- Authorized to work legally in the store's country.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete tasks.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.

Compensation & Benefits Package
- Base pay range: $22.50 - $25.89/hour, subject to local minimum wage.
- Target bonus: $2.00/hour.
- Total target base pay range: $24.50 - $27.89/hour.
Schedule / Availability
- Schedule varies based on store needs.
- Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak periods or special events, some team members may work early mornings or late nights / overnights.
Work Context
- Work involves moving throughout the store, sometimes in front of house with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes in back of house with limited natural light.
- Work is performed as part of a team, occasionally independently, and may involve computer or other technical devices.
- May require moving boxes up to 30 lbs and using ladders to reach materials.
- Experiential stores with food/beverage service may involve using industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat.
