Job Description

The Product Operations Lead is a key member of the store leadership team in North Conway, NH, onsite, charged with implementing the store's product strategy through effective product operations and inventory management. The role directs inventory shifts, supervises back-of-house activities, and ensures both floor and back-of-house areas are stocked and organized, while supporting performance assessments and hiring decisions and serving as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world-class guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work with store leadership to translate the product strategy into actionable plans and outcomes.
  • Plan, prioritize, and guide inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
  • Engage the team in inventory tasks by fostering a constructive and engaging shift environment.
  • Monitor stock levels and share insights to support sell-through strategy and guest-facing availability.
  • Analyze daily performance data and metrics to guide actions, including interpreting sell-through trends for leadership on product focus or pricing for outlets.
  • Contribute to hiring processes, including candidate selection, onboarding, and training recommendations.
  • Address performance issues and support development through timely feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive team atmosphere by building supportive working relationships.
  • During store hours as Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to provide technical product education and ensure a world-class guest experience.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must be able to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience
  • Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to accomplish work
  • Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others

Assets / Nice to Have

  • Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher
  • Experience in retail, sales, distribution center or warehouse operations; reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action
  • For experiential stores with food/beverage service: Food safety and/or liquor service certification

Compensation & Benefits Package

  • Base Pay Range: $21.50 - $24.74 per hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
  • Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour
  • Total Target Base Pay Range: $23.50 - $26.74 per hour
