Product Operations Lead (Temporary 6 Month Contract)
Job Description
Join Lululemon in Wailea, Hawaii as a Product Operations Lead on a temporary six-month contract. This onsite role sits on the store leadership team, driving the product strategy through operations and inventory management, coordinating product actions, and ensuring a well-organized floor and back-of-house. The position pays USD 27 to 33 per hour and offers opportunities to influence guest experiences while shaping a high-performing team. You will participate in hiring decisions, provide performance feedback, and lead as Supervisor on Duty when the store is open to deliver a world-class guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring the product strategy to life.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and guide inventory processing and accuracy in line with SOPs.
- Ensure product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing are executed effectively.
- Engage the team in inventory management by fostering a fun and productive shift environment.
- Monitor product levels and share findings to support sell-through strategy and guest-ready product availability.
- Review daily business data and metrics to inform actions, including sell-through analysis and pricing recommendations.
- Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training guidance.
- Address team performance and support ongoing development through direct feedback, recognition, coaching, and hands-on coaching moments.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive relationships with colleagues.
- As Supervisor on Duty during open hours, lead from the floor to ensure accurate product education for guests and a premier guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology.
- Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or higher.

Work context

- Experiential stores with food and beverage service may involve using industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat
